Our Junior High Prep Program is designed for athletes who are building their foundation and preparing to compete at the school level. Training emphasizes core basketball fundamentals while introducing game-speed decision-making and confidence-building in a positive, focused environment.
Sessions include skill development in ball handling, finishing with control, defensive positioning, smart decision-making, and conditioning built naturally into gameplay. Each workout balances structure with competition, ensuring players are both challenged and engaged.
