Junior Group is designed specifically for atheltes between 7-11 years old. expect fundamental skills, confidence building, and communication building!
Foundations is a class designed for athletes of all ages to develop the basics and grow confidence on the court. These sessions are appropriately paced for learning core basketball skills.
JV is desgined for athletes who are already comfortable with the fundamnetals and are looking to build on their skills, and learn more. This is perfect for atheltes that want to build intensity and get stronger on the ball.
Varsity is our most advanced class, this for athletes ready to compete, and refine their skills. Athletes who are strong on the ball and ready for a challenge will thrive in their development during this class
Our weekly structured training academy is designed to build the fundamentals, and improve athletes overall game. With progressive weekly development watch athletes move to the next level, and build their game with every rep.
This 6 week structured program is curated for female athletes bettwen the ages of 10-14 who are seeking structure, progressive skill development, and fun competition.
