Our High School Prep Program is designed for athletes who want to compete at their best during the school season. Training sessions focus on game-like situations that translate directly to the court, emphasizing both skill development and decision-making at full speed.
Athletes work on attacking under pressure, finishing through contact, creating space off the dribble, defensive positioning, and conditioning for late-game moments. Each session is structured to replicate the intensity of real competition, preparing players to earn roster spots, contribute to their teams, and play with confidence.

Girls: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6–7 PM
Boys: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6–7 PM
